 How to solve the problem of laser marking machine-No laser
Laser marking machine is that laser beam mark permanent marks on a variety of different material surfaces.Marking is the evaporation of surface material to expose the deep material, so as to carve out the exquisite patterns, trademarks and text. Laser marking machine is divided into, CO2 laser marking machine, play semiconductor laser marking machine, laser fiber play standard machine, YAG laser marking machine, the laser marking machine is mainly used to require some finer, the higher accuracy of the occasion. Used in electronic components, integrated circuits (IC), electrical appliances, mobile communications, hardware, tools, accessories, precision instruments, watch glasses, jewelry, auto parts, plastic buttons, building materials, PVC pipe.
But if the laser marking machine meet the problem-no laser,how should we do?
Fault phenomenon: the laser is not normal, in the high voltage side, the string into the current table, the current table shows the exception, or on a long time there is a current, or sometimes no, sometimes not controlled. The main reason is that the type of laser is not selected, the main board, the wiring board, the power supply or the control line and the cooling water cycle system.
Elimination method:          
1,Parameter settings, see if the type of laser is correct, it is the main reason for the failure of continuous light.   
2,Pull the nine core control line, to see whether there is a control line loose. Connection is not reliable.          
3,The power supply control line (nine cell lines) removed, according to the key burst of laser power supply, the power supply is still a motherboard failure analysis.
4.Press laser,if can out laser,that shows the laser power supply is well.
5.If press laser,can not our laser,that shows the laser power supply has problem.
6.When the power supply is well, connected to the control line, with a multimeter measuring connection plate on the switch control pin, no light, normal voltage in more than 4 volts, less than 3 V, motherboard output is not well; light emitting, the voltage should be below 2 volts, higher than 2.5 V output is not well.
7.Check whether the water cycle is well,the water flow is enough, whether there is a problem of water protection.
